With evermore focus on ensuring events are inclusive of disabled spectators, OTP’s disabled viewing platforms will further your event's compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 (DDA 2005).
With a typical platform height of 750mm (2'-6"), wheelchair users are elevated so their view is not obstructed by standing audience. Complying with IStructE design recommendations, OTP's disabled viewing platforms and media platforms are constructed primarily from LiteDeck components and can stand over most terrains and surfaces. OTP offers custom designed solutions for specific situations; and a number of standard sizes and access ramp configurations depending upon physical space available.
OTP can also provide the necessary additional signage for your event; as well as the required platform lighting for events taking place under darkness.
